    Hannah

    Having several years’ experience working as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant, I discovered my love for organisation, processes, and creativity. I undertook two diplomas during this time, receiving distinctions in both Business Administration and Executive Marketing, recently becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

    Working under multiple managers allowed me to complete work in various fields such as email and data management, customer relationship management, formatting, social media, website maintenance, to name a few.

    At the end of 2021, Kathryn and I decided to pool our combined skills and realise a long-held ambition to run our own business. We felt that offering our services freelance would enable us to work to our strengths and help many more professionals and small business owners.

    Kathryn

    With over 30 years’ experience in a variety of administrative roles, including PA to Directors of a PLC and senior administrator within financial services, I have a wide range of skills to draw on.

    Having also previously run my own business providing administrative support on an outsourced basis to a number of businesses for several years, I have been able to draw on this experience when forming YVA with Hannah, adding her many skills to allow us to offer our clients a more varied and complete service.

    I have always prided myself on my organisational abilities, combined with speed, accuracy and efficiency, and give 100% to any task I take on, no matter how small. It is this dedication that has led to me forming many long lasting professional relationships over the years and it is an ethos that both Hannah and I share.

We are based in the York and Leeds areas. However, as remote workers, we can provide services wherever you are in the UK.
